Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every item is made or curated with care, and I do my best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on physical items (such as art prints, greeting cards, and stickers) that are:
In original condition
Unused and unopened
Returned in the original packaging
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Digital products (such as memberships, digital downloads, and online content) are non-returnable, but please reach out if there’s an issue — we’ll do our best to help or offer a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)
Items damaged due to buyer misuse, handling, or significant wear
How to Request a Return
Email us at gayla@gaylairwin.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #____”Include:
Your order number and date of purchase
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
You’ll receive a response within 5 business days with next steps and, if approved, a return shipping address.
Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt or tracking number for your records.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your return has been approved.
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
If an exchange is available, your replacement will be shipped once the original item has been received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email gayla@gaylairwin.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover all related shipping costs.
